Blog posts

If you send a comment to a blog entry then in addition to the information that you provide, your IP address and the time that you sent your comment will also be saved. Neither the email address that you enter nor your IP address will be published. Your email address will be saved for as long as your comment is published and serves the purpose of both the identification of persons responsible for spam as well as the sending of a private response to the comment. The collection of the IP address serves the purpose of protecting the comments function against abuse.
